I didn’t see such a thread here, so I decided to start one.
I’m a disabled veteran. I’ve done a wide array of jobs over the years, from working in a catering company, to contracting as an escort for the department of corrections.
I first got into bitcoin around 2012; I think it was going for $400 something…or I just got around $400 worth. I got suckered on the dark web, by an escrow site. Decided to purse Real Estate Investing…which didn’t pan out.
Earlier this year, I came across yield farming. Initially, it was the ethereum block chain. Then, I came across the BSC, At some point, I came across Flash Loans, which brought me here.
One of my projects is a P2P exchange. As you probably know, all the big P2P exchanges-- LocalBitCoins, Paxful, HodlHodl, CoinCola–focus almost exclusively on BTC. Some may include either, and maybe 3-5 altcoins. But that’s it.
I want to open it up to all cryptos, from DOGE to XMR. There are some tools, which can allow me to include an unlimited amount of ERC20s, and I’m looking for BEP20 options. The biggest groups that have shown interest are the fans of privacy coins: XMR, DASH, ZEC, ARRR, ZEN, etc.
One of my goals with this project is to give back. For each crypto traded, a small percent of the profits will go to the respective foundation, or similar, of the respective coins, to help them continue to develop. I also want to help support FOSS (Free & Open Source Software) projects.
Of course, leveraging the earnings into multiple REI ventures, funds, and small business options are also plans, as well.
Seeing the huge potential for flash loan arbs, I want to learn, take advantage of what it offers, and get’er done!
I hope others share their intros, and what brought them to Eat The Blocks!
